Whitman-Walker
Brand Development
Whitman-Walker, a prominent health care provider in the DC area, was looking to modernize its brand and unroll new collateral to coincide with the opening of its new 14th Street flagship facility.
Brand Development
The organization serves a diverse urban community, including many LGBTQ+ patients.
I wanted to celebrate the organization, its history, and its patients by delivering a beautiful and perhaps unexpected brand concept that represent their unique place in the community—avoiding the sterility of many health brands.
Graphic Design
Using its iconic ‘W’ logo as a jumping point, I fused vibrant texture blocks with inviting white space to create a clean, modern look.
A brand book was crafted to guide the organization forward.
Shawn, former Communications Director:
“Brad provided invaluable support with our organization’s re-branding needs. He is extremely thorough, methodical, and pays attention to details. I can’t recommend Brad highly enough!”
Graphic Design
More modern outreach materials were developed, including a poster series on wellness.
